Benefits
As an ESID member, you can enjoy the following benefits:
- Access to ESID network of PID specialists and researchers from around Europe and the world.
- Discounted registration fee to the ESID Meetings and Symposiums, including the Biannual ESID Meeting, coming up in Maastricht, Netherlands on 14-17 October 2026.
- Eligibility to benefit from ESID grants and awards (including travel grants for events and meetings, and the ESID Research Fellowship and ESID Observership Grant).
- Eligibility to apply to the annually held ESID Summer School , ESID PIDCD School (no fees, participants cover only travel costs) and the biannual ESID Diagnostic Workshop (with discounted registration fees for members)
- Access to recordings of sessions from past ESID meetings and other educational materials on the upcoming ESID Educational portal.
- Access to the ESID Registry (granted upon a respective center agreement).
- Discounted publication fee for the Journal of Human Immunity (JHI).
- Discounted membership fees to the IAPIDS member societies
- Opportunities to take part in elections for ESID Board positions and any open roles within the ESID Working Parties.
- Opportunities to apply for and participate in Working Party projects and activities, including guideline development.
- Voting rights on society-related matters, such as elections, selection of the Biennial Meeting destination, amendments to the statutes, and more.
Fees
ESID Membership offers a 1 and 2-year cycles. The membership fees are the following:

Junior category is also offered to individuals between 35 and 40 who are not holding a permanent position. A completed trainee declaration form and a copy of a valid ID or passport are required.

If you were an ESID member in the cycle 2024/2025, you can renew your membership through the link below.
If you are logging in to the platform for the first time, please note your username is your email address and you need to reset your password first. Once you reset your password and sign in to the portal, you will be invited to review your information and verify your member profile options.

Membership is payable by the following methods:
