We extend a warm invitation to you to apply for the ESID 4th PID Care in Development (PIDCD) School in Split, Croatia taking place from the 11th to the 13th of December 2025. You can find more information on the School and Application process below.

Dates: December 11th-13th 2025
Aim of the school: This school is oriented towards professionals in the need of expanding their knowledge on Primary Immunodeficiencies for their daily work, due to the absence of reference centers for PIDs in their surroundings.
The school is open to all ESID Members. Priority will be given to applicants from European countries with less involvement in PIDs awareness.

Online Applications
The Society will select 22 ESID Members based on their background, interest in PID and motivation. For successful applicants, ESID will cover accommodation (in a shared double room) and meals. Travel and personal expenses are not covered.
Limited number of travel grants will be available. Please, indicate on the Application form if you would like to apply for a travel grant and complete the related section.
Applications Deadline: 6:00 PM CEST, July 21st, 2025.
Requirements and necessary documents:
- Be a current ESID member and active in the membership cycle 2024/2025.
- Curriculum Vitae
- Personalized letter of support from your Head of Department or similar (please note that we only accept 1 applicant supported per head of department)
- Clinical Case of PID, which you would like to present at the ESID PIDCD School (max. 5 PowerPoint slides in a PDF format).
- Completed Application form, which includes Statement of Career Goals and List of Publications and/or meeting presentations.

All applications will be reviewed and both selected and not-selected applicants will be notified within a month of the submission deadline. There is no fee for participation and accommodation and meals are included but selected participants will have to cover their own travel expenses.
