New centers should fill in the Agreement between the center and ESID
and new users of the ESID registry the password application.
AGREEMENT
If your centre wants to join the ESID-R, please get in contact with [email protected] for the latest information and the latest version of the centre agreement.
PASSWORD APPLICATION
The password application needs to be submitted to ESID, one application per user. The form needs to be signed by the user and the head of the documenting centre, who signed the centre agreement with ESID.
