New centers should fill in the Agreement between the center and ESID
and new users of the ESID registry should sign an Application Form so that user access is created for them in the ESID Registry.
AGREEMENT
If your centre wants to join the ESID-R, please get in contact with registry@esid.org for the latest information and the latest version of the centre agreement.
USER APPLICATION
The user application needs to be submitted to ESID, one application per user. The form needs to be signed by the user and the head of the documenting centre, who signed the centre agreement with ESID.
