Free Registration for ESID Biennial Meeting

ESID Members are invited to apply for the opportunity to gain free registration at the upcoming 2024 ESID Biennial Meeting in Marseille, France, taking place from the 16th to the 19th of October 2024.
This award aims to support the participation of five ESID Juniors members from low and middle-income countries by providing them with complimentary registration for the ESID meeting.
To apply, please complete the application form ( download here) and submit it along with relevant documents to the ESID Office ( ) using the subject line: ‘ESID Junior – Registration for Biennial Meeting Application’.
Eligibility criteria:
- All candidates must meet the requirements of being an ESID Junior member at the time of application.
- Live and work in Low, Lower-middle, and Upper-middle income economies according to the World Bank List.
Selection:
- Applications received will be checked to ensure they fulfil the required eligibility criteria and include all elements.
- The reviewers will carefully review and score the complete and correct applications.
Applicants will be informed of the decision as soon as possible once the selection process has finished.
Deadline for applications: 21st of June 2024.
