ESID is calling upon its members to contribute to the mission of the Society and its collaborative work in primary immunodeficiency education, research, and advocacy by nominating themselves for election. In 2024, ESID will hold elections for the following Board positions:

Profile: An ESID Board member should fulfil the following criteria:
They should be a full ESID member according to the ESID constitution.
They can be citizens from any country but need to work in Europe (as defined in the constitution) for the time of his/her service.
They should be established and committed professionals in the field of PID (we encourage applications from all disciplines).
They preferably have previous experience at a National/Regional/International level in the field of PID.
They should be committed to devoting the necessary time and effort to their function on the board and to society’s activities.

Deadline for nomination: 15 August 2024 (12:00 CEST)
Publication of information about the candidates: 31 August 2024
Opening of voting: 17 September 2024 (12:00 CEST)
Closing of voting: 17 October 2024 (12:00 CEST)
Announcement and installation of new Members: ESID General Assembly, 18 October 2024
How can I stand for election? Only members in good standing will have the opportunity to submit nominations and stand for elections. Therefore, we invite you to either renew ESID membership or join ESID membership Your application(s) should include:

a picture (headshot jpg)
a 1-page motivation letter
